    • Standard delivery within India: 5-7 business days (depending on location).
    • Remote or rural areas may take longer due to courier constraints.
  3. Shipping Charges
    • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above a certain order value (if applicable).
    • Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  4. Order Tracking
    • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.
  5. Delays
    • Delivery times are estimates; unexpected delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation by Customer
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been shipped.
    • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  2. Order Cancellation by First Friday
    • We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
      • Product out of stock.
      • Invalid payment/transaction.
      • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details.
    • In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed (if payment was made).
  3. Refunds on Canceled Orders
    • If an order is canceled successfully, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days (depending on the payment method).
