🔄 Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  2. Return Process
    • Contact us via Email / WhatsApp / Phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Our support team will guide you through the return request.
    • Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier assigned by us (if pickup service is available) or ship it back to our address.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    • If the return is due to a wrong or damaged item sent by us, shipping charges will be borne by First Friday.
    • For all other returns (such as size issues, change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

  1. In case of exchange of size or replacement of the product please initiate the request within 3 days from the date of delivery. Once request is accepted the new product will be delivered in 5-7 business days
